Our experience of this company is best described as a nightmare!
We dealt with a man in the Lettings department called Hugo. My wife and I found a property that was perfect and put a deposit down to secure the property.
From then, we had nothing but problems and were consistently lied to! The worst of it was when we were told we were moving on a set date (after days of numerous emails / phone calls). 4 days before we were supposed to be moving in, we went to hand in our signed tenancy agreements, only to be told the Landlady had some concerns about our income (something that was supposed to have been sorted out a few days beforehand).
Hugo never returns calls / emails. When he does, they are half-hearted responses and sometimes, his emails are so poorly written that it’s hard to understand what he actually means!.
I am currently in the process of reporting these amateurs to the TPO and Trading Standards.
AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS!

I was renting a property from Appointmoor for about a year,
It was time for my contract to be renewed so I rung up to get it sorted it took me 7 calls and still nothing was done. I was constantly promised they would send me a new contract every time so I went in store and refused to leave till I got a new one. The manager assured me it would be sorted so I left. Guess what nothing happened! I had 3 years like this. I even had an abusive call when I asked about having a dog. I was asking for their permission and was spoken down to like I was dirt. The worst part was when I said i was leaving due to their unwelcoming service that made me not want to be their anymore. I gave them a call and said I am leaving is there anything you need me to do and they said all they need to do is give a months notice I then said that i’m leaving now is that ok for notice? She (amy) said yes I then said is there anything else i need to do and I was told that everything was fine..
Guess what… They refused
